DrCapsule does not collect or transmit personal data to any server. The app is designed to work offline and does not require an account.

• Local game data: scores, settings, statistics, and game history are stored only on your device.
• No analytics: we do not use analytics tools to track users.
• No ads: the app does not show ads and does not share data with advertisers.

3. Device permissions

The app does not require access to sensitive permissions (such as contacts, location, or SMS). Any standard permissions requested by the system may be required by the platform to run the app.

4. Children’s privacy

The app is not intended to collect personal information from children. Since we do not collect data or operate accounts, we also do not profile users.

5. Sharing of data

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties — because we do not collect it.

6. Data retention

Local game data remains on your device until you delete it (for example, by uninstalling the app or clearing app data).

Because the app runs offline and does not transmit data to servers, security mainly depends on your device. We recommend keeping your OS up to date and using a screen lock.
